Pesto Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Salmon
- 8 oz Pesto
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
- Place the salmon in a greased baking sheet (skin side down). Spread the pesto across the salmon evenly and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Once oven preheats, bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon reaches internal temperature of 145 degrees.
