Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Salmon
  • 8 oz Pesto
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  • Place the salmon in a greased baking sheet (skin side down). Spread the pesto across the salmon evenly and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Once oven preheats, bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon reaches internal temperature of 145 degrees.
