1canFire Roasted Diced Tomatoes (14.5oz)
1/4cupPesto
2cupsChicken Broth
1/4cupHeavy Cream
16ozBaby Spinach
1cupOrzo
1/2cupShredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the ground sausage and cook. Once sausage is browned add in the red pepper and garlic and saute for for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the fire roasted tomatoes pesto, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil and then add in the spinach and orzo.
Stir together and bring heat down to medium low and cook for 10 minutes with the lid on while stirring occasionally. When orzo is tender, remove the lid and simmer for a few additional minutes as the sauce thickens
