Over the course of 9 months, a women’s body goes under tremendous change. From conception, through pregnancy all the way up to birth, there are changes that occur in the body every day.

After delivering your baby, you enter the healing phase of pregnancy. Sometimes we forget how much time is needed for healing and recovery after pregnancy and we are anxious to get back to how things were before, but true healing is said to take up to two years.

Whether you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or are into postpartum, having a nervous system and spine that is functioning optimally helps to create an optimal environment for a healthy pregnancy and a supported postpartum.

Our providers have training in Webster Technique, a specific chiropractic technique that is used to assess the pelvis, spine, and surrounding muscles + ligaments during pregnancy. Gentle chiropractic adjustments can help manage the aches and pains of pregnancy and can help your baby to grow and be in the optimal position for birth.

Our providers also has training in Gaia Health and BirthFit, to offer support to the body in preparation for birth and from preconception, pregnancy, and throughout postpartum.

Getting Started

How it Works

Start by booking a New Practice Member: Women’s Health Appointment. Here we will review your health history and review any relevant information regarding your hormonal health, pregnancy, birth and postpartum. During the evaluation, we’ll go through a movement & posture screen, assess the function of your nervous system, body tension, and more. These highlight opportunities for us to help you create more ease as well as improved function, mobility, and coordination.  From there, we can build a customized plan based on your child’s goals and needs. We will begin treatment that day and send you home with actionable steps to help your reach your goals faster. We then re-assess periodically to make sure we’re on the right track and work towards wellness care where we can support keeping you well during this season of life!
