Fee Structure
At Rise we keep it simple.
Start with a New Practice Member appointment so we can learn all about YOU. Get to the root of what’s bringing you in and create a plan together that is designed to help you reach YOUR goals. If no further testing is required, you’ll get treated at this visit.
After your first visit, you’ll schedule a Follow Up or an Extended Follow Up visit. In these sessions we’ll use a variety of treatment methods from chiropractic adjustments, to soft tissue work to lifestyle + nutrition coaching all personally designed for you + your goals, to give you results that last.
New Practice
Member
60 MINUTES
$225
First visit only.
Includes a full consultation, assessment, examination and treatment
Follow Up
15 MINUTES
$75
Follow Up appointment to continue with care. Includes a Chiropractic Adjustment and a variety of modalities to 1-2 regions of your body.
Extended Follow Up
30 MINUTES
$150
Follow Up appointment to continue with care. Includes a Chiropractic Adjustment and a variety of modalities to 3 or more regions of your body.
We do not work directly with any Medical Insurance companies, but are happy to provide you with a Super Bill that you can submit to your insurance company directly for reimbursement.
Being a Self-Pay office allows us to provide treatment that is completely customizable to your needs. It allows you to have 1:1 time with the provider throughout your WHOLE visit. (You read that right– we have no staff! If you contact the office or come see us, you’re always interacting with a provider; no middle-man here!)
We do sell our treatments in packages at discounted rates. At your New Practice Member appointment, we’ll discuss those options, if they make sense for you based on the results of your assessment + examination and the goals you have for care.
